Who we are

The Lower Hudson Valley Small Business Development Center (SBDC), serving Rockland, Westchester and Putnam counties, provides no-cost, confidential one-on-one business advising, training and research to small business owners and entrepreneurs. Hosted at St. Thomas Aquinas College (STAC), the Lower Hudson Valley SBDC is one of 20 regional small business centers in the New York Small Business Development Center (NYSBDC) system. The NYSBDC is a joint federal and state economic development organization, primarily funded by the U.S. Small Business Administration and administered by the State University of New York (SUNY), operating regional small business centers in all of New York’s 10 economic development regions.
